Mission Statement

Our mission at Calling All Occasions is to give you, our customer, a unique, personalized item that will perfectly suit your needs for any event throughout the year. Each order is treated and created with great care in order to provide you with a quality product. Thank you for ordering from Calling All Occasions.

 

Payments

Because the majority of our items are personalized custom orders, payment is expected at the time the order is placed. Orders will not be processed until payment is received. Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, check, cash or PayPal. There is a $30.00 return check fee.

 

Shipping $ Delivery

Because our products are all customized to your speciifcations and not processed until payment is received, please allow 10-15 business days for your order to be completed.  Business days include Monday - Friday excluding holidays.  We complete each order personally and in the order that it was received.  In the rare occasions that an order may take longer to complete because of manufacturer backorder of stock, you will be notified ASAP.

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority mail.  Once your order leaves Calling All Occasions, you will be receive an automated email with a delivery confirmation number.  We are no longer responsible for your order once it leaves Calling All Occasions with a valid tracking number.  Please note: shipping time is not included in the 10-15 completion days.  Please allow additional time for delivery.

 

Rush Orders

 We will consider RUSH orders, completion requiring less than the 10 day minimum production time, for an additional RUSH order fee of $20. RUSH orders must be requested by contacting Calling All Occasions at least 3 days prior requested completion time.  RUSH orders also depend on if stock is available.  No RUSH orders will be accepted during the holiday season.

 

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

We will not accept returns on any personalized item.  Please check your order carefully before finalizing it to make sure all information is correct.  We will complete each monogram or name personalization as it was submitted to us.

We do not issue refunds.  However, we will be glad to exchange or issue a store credit (good for 6 months) for non- personalized items.  Any returned item must be in it's original condition.  Returns will not be accepted after 14 days of receipt of order. Refunds/store credit will not be issued until the returned item is received back by us.
